Terms and Conditions
The terms for using this website and working with Natlig.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of natlig.com and to services provided by Natlig Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("Natlig", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
1. Information on this website
The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not legal, security, financial or other professional advice for your situation. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we may change it at any time and we don’t promise the website will always be available or error-free.
2. Our services and your agreement
Every engagement is defined by a written proposal, statement of work or service agreement that sets out the scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.
3. No guaranteed results
Many outcomes depend on third parties we don’t control, such as social platforms, marketplaces, domain registrars, hosts, search engines, advertising platforms and courts. So, unless your agreement expressly says otherwise:
- we don’t guarantee that any content, account, listing or domain will be removed, or how quickly;
- we don’t guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales or advertising results;
- security testing and monitoring reduce risk but cannot find every weakness or prevent every attack.
4. Security testing needs written authorisation
We only test systems, applications and networks that you own or are legally authorised to have tested, within a written scope you approve. By engaging us for testing you confirm you have that authority. Accessing computer systems without permission is an offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and we will not do it.
5. Brand protection and takedown requests
When we file reports or takedown notices for you, we rely on information you give us. You confirm that you own, or are authorised to enforce, the trademarks, copyrights and other rights involved, and that the information you provide is accurate. Filing false or misleading notices can have legal consequences, and you are responsible for claims that arise from inaccurate information you provide.
6. Marketing, content and influencer work
You approve content before it is published and you are responsible for the accuracy of claims about your products and services. Paid promotions and influencer content will carry the disclosures required by the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) code and the Central Consumer Protection Authority’s guidelines on advertising and endorsements. Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google or Meta are governed by those platforms’ terms.
7. Your materials
You confirm that you own or have permission to use the logos, images, text, data and other materials you give us, and that we may use them to deliver the work.
8. Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedules and taxes (including GST where it applies) are set out in your proposal or agreement. We may pause work if invoices are unpaid past their due date. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The text, design, logos and code of this website belong to Natlig or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Ownership of work we create for you is set out in your agreement. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their owners, and their mention does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
10. Confidentiality
We keep your confidential information confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed work, and we expect the same of you for ours. Your agreement may contain more detailed terms.
11. Using this website properly
You agree not to break the law through this website, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, scrape it in bulk, or test its security without our written permission. If you find a security issue on our website, please report it to info@natlig.com.
12. Links to other websites
Links to other websites (for example WhatsApp or social media) are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Natlig is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data), and our total liability for any claim connected with a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service under the relevant agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
14. Indemnity
You agree to cover Natlig’s reasonable losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, inaccurate information you give us, or materials you provide that infringe someone else’s rights.
15. Events outside our control
Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, outages of third-party platforms, or government action.
16. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your signed agreement says otherwise.
17. Grievances
If you have a complaint about this website or our services, contact our Grievance Officer using the details in our Privacy Policy. We will resolve grievances within one month of receiving them.
18. Changes and severability
We may update these terms and will show the latest date at the top of this page. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
